This is a really good stew. It turned out very thick and gravy like. I added more broth to thin it out a little. Also the length of time in the oven was a bit long. The meat over cooked and disintegrated. I like a little bit of a chew to my beef. What really did it for me though was the flavor. Just a great beefy flavor to it.
