- 2 qt. beef broth (homemade if possible)
- 2 Tbsp. virgin coconut oil (Tropical Traditions Gold Label)
- 2 turnips (large, peeled and cubed)
- 6 organic carrots (large, sliced into rounds)
- 2 cups cauliflower (chopped)
- 5 Tbsp. tomato paste (organic)
- 2 cups frozen peas (optional)
- 2 cups beef (Tropical Traditions, I used the beef leftover from making stock with Tropical Tradition’s Beef Shanks)
- 4 cloves garlic (pressed)
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper (or to taste)
- 3/4 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian herbs (rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)
