- 1 Tbsp. chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (minced)
- 2 cups white corn (if using canned corn, drain)
- 35 oz. Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes (chunky style with basil)
- 14.5 oz. petite diced tomatoes (Tuttorosso®)
- 6 oz. tomato paste (Tuttorosso®)
- 1 beer (variety is your choice, we used a pale Mexican beer)
- salt
- black pepper
- green onions (sliced)
- chopped fresh cilantro
- jalapeno peppers (sliced)
