My jambalaya turned out excellent! I will say next time I'll do the rice separate. I also like corn in my jambalaya. I didn't have the baby ears of corn I normally use so I just used a can of sweet corn drained. You may also want to wait until about the last hour to add your shrimp so they don't rurn to mush.

Great dish! Really easy to make, I made my rice separately because I have a smaller crock pot and I even made some for work and they enjoyed it.
