These are great! I used monk fruit sugar instead of sugar and they turned out great. Put fresh blueberries in them before baking

I grew up on a muffin much like this it was always in the fridge and we could make as many or as little as we wanted each day. I add dates prunes and pumpkin seeds. I like each bit to be different. Fresh healthy breakfast quick and simple.

My family can't get enough of these! Perfect bran muffin! I love that they can be kept in the fridge too
