- 1 red pepper (diced)
- 1/2 cup cauliflower (cooked)
- salmon (leftover, cut into chunks)
- 2 Tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- balsamic vinegar (Generous splash, I used raspberry; check out these flavored organic vinegars or use a favorite salad dressing)
- Himalayan salt (Ground, to taste)
