- 6 oz. tomato paste (unsalted)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 1/2 tsp. fish sauce (or soy sauce)
- 3/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt (non-fat)
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise (low-fat)
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
