- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans (chopped)
- 3/4 cup toasted pecans (ground in the food processor)
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts (finely chopped)
- 3/4 cup coconut (dried, unsweetened)
- 1 cup dried pineapple (no added sugar if you can find it, chopped)
- 1/2 cup raisins (dried yellow, chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 2 Tbsp. honey (local, I use wildflower)
- 1/4 cup cooking liquid (reserved apricot)
