  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg (Vegan, 1 T. ground flax seed + 3 T. warm water. Let sit for 3 minutes)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil (or oil of choice)

    The taste was great but this recipe will only yield 6 small waffles. The batter is thick, which is to be expected, but it took a bit longer to cook. But I like crusty outsides and soft insides so I was yummy!
