- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour (I use this kind from Bob’s Red Mill.)
- 3 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 tsp. canela
- 4 Tbsp. coconut oil (I use this kind by Nutiva.)
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate (no sugar added, Note: I found this in the freezer section of my grocery store and let it thaw)
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
