This had a funny weird bitterish taste to me and not sweet enough. We did use yogurt instead of applesauce and flax egg for the egg white but don't think that would cause the weird bitter taste. The texture was the only good think, pretty fluffy. IF making again, would just use a little less matcha maybe and def a lot more sweetener! Most likely would not try again.
