- 175 grams white wine (dry, drinkable)

- 130 grams yoghurt (Greek/Turkish)
- 100 grams Parmesan (', finely grated)
- 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 handful fresh thyme (or other herbs, leaves stripped and roughly chopped)
