- 3/4 cup oat flour (PACKED)
- 1 1/2 cups sweetener (that measure like sugar, depending on how sweet you like it**)
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. instant coffee (or espresso, makes chocolate flavor pop!)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (pink, or regular)
- 1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt (try 2% for more richness)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh smashed, I’ve also used blueberries or strawberries, try anything :)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 mini chocolate chips
- 3 raspberries (to sprinkle on top and/or some dark chocolate chips)
