    Light and delicious. Really enjoyable however I prefer a more intense pumpkin flavor.

    I added chopped pecans and dried cranberries to the mix. This is a yummy recipe!

    These turned out great! Lightly sweet- perfect for healthy weekday breakfasts. The kids gobbled them up, even though I forgot to sprinkle the turbinado sugar on top before baking! 😆
