- 4 Tbsp. peanuts (I used dry roasted)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (I use PB&Co. white chocolate kind)
- 12 pitted Medjool dates (if they are smaller use 12 if they are bigger use 10)
- 2/3 cup vegan chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life dark chocolate ones)
- 2/3 cup pretzels (smashed, vegan friendly - make sure there is no honey in them and GF if necessary)
