Great! I can never follow a recipe exactly so...I added some vanilla protein powder (1 scoop to a double batch of cookies) and switched up 2 Tbsp of hemp hearts with 2 Tbsp of flax/chia mix. They were delicious but really crumbly. Thinking about adding just a bit of masked banana +\- applesauce next time. I know it will increase carbs but also fiber and hoping it might bind them together.
Also - I used no-sugar added peanut butter.

Delicious!!! One of my favorite type of cookies in a healthier version! Though you would never know it!
