  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey (more or less, to taste, depending on sweetness of peaches)

    Good but they should have mentioned to add water! The addition of vanilla is a new discovery for smoothies and the quantity of 1/4 cup of oats seems just right. I used high quality vanilla yogurt. Other healthy additions might include chia seeds. I wonder also if coconut water (even flakes?) would make the recipe more wholesome.
