I made this a while ago because I was wanting to tackle some American food favorites. I wanted it to be as close to the "real deal" as possible, so I chose this recipe because it looked like it would work. I had to substitute stevia to taste for the honey, and was concerned that it would not work (I will say that my family is used to the taste of stevia, so it worked for us). I also read the recipe wrong and put liquid mustard in the recipe instead of the ground spice. All in all, it turned out really good and my mom especially loved it. Everyone liked it, which I thought was quite impressive as we've made another coleslaw recipe before and it wasn't that great. I also added another tbsp. or so of mayo, but that was just my preference. 5 stars. I wrote it down for my recipe binder and will be making it again!!
