Very dry! Took a bite stuck to roof of my mouth. Then sucked all the moisture out of my mouth. Please have a drink handy. Needs a glaze. Not too sweet for me. Apples didn't get softened at all. I didn't have enough batter to hold together. fell apart during baking . No crisp at all. Cooked mine till dark brown. I doubled the cinnamon.Will not make again. My batter made 20 so 5 is a serving. Sounds like a lot.
