One year later and I still make these frequently. Super yummy and good before a workout. I blend mixed berries to top them off as a “healthy syrup”.

My mom liked them more than I did, but I thought they were decent! Kind of mushy and bland, so I’d probably make them again but increase the vanilla and cinnamon. Still fulfilled my craving for pancakes

First try, as I am looking for low cal items. This is good, sweet ( depends on banana ripeness) and satisfying. We used homemade appple butter as topping with vanilla yogurt and/ or raspberries as options. The apple butter was a wonderful compliment to cinnamon sweetness

It's really good and tasty, don't add sugar to the mix, the pancake syrup is enough, I would never buy the pancake box, and I add some blueberries with a mixed egg.

These are quite good and an awesome healthy option. Very easy to make as you just dump all ingredients into a food processor and then cook like usual with pancakes. I triple the batch. Top with a little butter, my homemade chia berry jam, and a little maple syrup (doesn’t take much, saving calories). Fruit on the side.

Good recipe! I was able to make 3 with these measurements. And I added a tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Very delicious. Family enjoyed them so much that even my little guy didn’t want syrup. Enjoyed the idea of other combinations and making night prior. Would recommend you double to quadruple recipe for family of 4 and if I did that I’d use less bananas. This is a great recipe when you have a couple bananas you need to use in a great way!

These are just what I was looking for. They rise just like a flour pancake and taste delicious. My new go-to pancake recipe.

Very nice alternative to common pancakes, easy and filling.
Make sure the baking soda is well mixed with the oats, before styring it to the other ingredients.
I added some honey for more sweetness.

Very good. I added blueberries and walnuts. Next time double the recipe so extras can be frozen and microwaved for a future breakfast.

My son liked these - even though they tasted different than "regular" pancakes.
