There's no churning necessary for this dairy-free and refined-sugar-free fruit sorbet; 5 minutes and a high-powered blender are all it takes. Feel free to customize the treat depending on the frozen fruit you have on hand and are in the mood for. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

Delicious! I used honey instead of agave and unsweetened rice milk instead of juice. Strawberry, peach, mango, pineapple blend.

It tasted very yummy. It does, however, take a very high powered blender to blend it quick enough for it to still be frozen when it's done. My blender didn't work very efficiently on it until after it was more melted. Fixed that problem by freezing it for 30 minutes. Will make this again!
