I added raisins to half the batch and half the coconut to the other half. It’s an awesome snack and lasts the week. I share it with coworkers and everyone who has tried them, love them.

Amazing! I added less honey and omitted the chocolate chips, but added some organic dark chocolate. This made it much less sweet and more to my taste.

This is an excellent recipe. I tweeked it a bit by adding bee pollen, crunchy pb, Mexican vanilla, tiny nestles choc chips, some bagged dried fruit cubes and some dried tiny blueberries, currents and loganberries. I also increased the pb and honey a little. I also added some bee pollen. These freeze great! Place balls on a sheet tray and freeze, then bag. Overall one of the best recipes I have found!

Very good and easy to make! I agree with using crunchy peanut butter. It was what I had, tasted great, think it would be easier to roll with creamy pb. Will definitely make them again!

i love these! and have made them twice so far! i made them with chunky peanut butter both times because it was what i had, which ended up being delicious! However i feel like they would have been easier to roll if i had used smooth...

Loved these energy bites and my kids loved them too! I used dairy free chocolate chips and they were delicious!

Super yummy! I love how it turned out. It is a small batch but easy to double. These are great for busy days with the kids! Definitely making again

Really really good!!. Would be great with some dried cranberries or cherries. Doesn't make very many, next time I will be doubling the recipe.
