This was good, but the garam Marsala is strong so if that is not your favorite spice could make the dish not as enjoyable. I added 1/3 less than the required amount and next time will do 1/2 the amount

So good! Cilantro was a definite boost. I added corn off the cooked cob and fresh spinach..Healthy dish!!

Very filling! I added garlic powder, onion powder, some hot sauce and more salt. If you were to eat it alone, I might add sweet potato or some other veggies. As is, it was perfect over Basmati rice.

Not bad! Trying to include vegan recipes in my diet, this was pretty tasty. Will try it again.

This was fine but needed more. Used veg broth instead of water. Added red bell pepper and will add jalapeño next time and maybe something else. Needed quite a bit more salt. It was really tomato-y. Would be good with jasmine rice or some nice bread. The servings were pretty large.

Inspirational, very quick, simple and cheap, but even though there are a lots of spices, I missed the depth in in and something to twist the taste a little bit. I added some fresh mint and I'm thinking of changing water for vegetable broth next time I make this dish.
