Very good, needs to be sweeter, so next time I’ll add more maple syrup, honey, or other sweetener (Keto monk fruit maple syrup or monk fruit sugar. Alternately, can just drizzle honey over the top when serving). Used 1 c whole wheat pastry flour and 1 c buckwheat flour in place of the almond flour.
