These came out great! Sooo yummy and definitely moist. Not too sweet and not bland either.
I made it with half chickpea/fava bean flour and half regular white flour. Used slightly less honey as we had less than half a cup available. No vanilla and olive oil instead of butter.
The extras were shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and soaked raisins. In addition I added a dash of cardamom.
Make these, they're awesome and easy to make!
