    Great recipe. I added yellow squash for the chunks instead of zuchinni and omitted the flour from the chicken.

    This dish was fabulous. Tons of flavor for such small amount of ingredients. Well liked by my kids also. And they don’t like veggies! Will be making again for sure. Only change I made was I added a bit of chicken broth to the sautéed veggies for a little more sauce. It was great!
