- 2/3 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
- 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca starch
- 2/3 cup white whole wheat flour (OR almond meal)
- 12 oz. greek yogurt (I used 0%, but 2% or whole would be lovely as well.)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric (for color)
