I make banana bread all the time. I figured I’d try a new recipe. After I mixed the wet and dry ingredients, the batter expanded. I put it in the loaf pan and baked it at 375 for 48 minutes. It not only overflowed the pan but also collapsed in the pan. What did I do wrong?
