The pancakes turned out great! I noticed it calls for sugar in one place and maple syrup in another. I left both out since I like to drown my pancakes in maple syrup anyway.

Excellent! And so
Fast to put together. I’m a fluffy pancake person, so this was perfect for me and a healthy option

Love this recipe and will be using it often! These were delicious, everything you want in a pancake, fluffy but dense and they taste great on their own or with fruit and syrup. The recipe made closer to 10-12 individual pancakes and are great warmed up for a few days after, i meal prepped them for breakfast during the week. So glad i tried this.

Hearty! Prob cause I used whole wheat flour. Needed more liquid prob because I put the oatmeal in with the wet first. I added some OJ and chopped apples and all was good. You can really taste the coconut.
