- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- 1 dash sea salt

- 1/4 cup granola (Gluten Free vanilla, Udis)
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry jam (or preserves)
- 3 oz. greek yogurt (Plain or Vanilla)
- 2/3 cup white rice (or Brown, about 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup cooked)
- 2/3 cup gluten-free oats (about 1 cup cooked)
