- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseeds (golden if possible)
- 1/2 Tbsp. chia seeds (optional)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider vinegar if possible)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F degrees and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Place almond flour, coconut flour, flax, salt, chia seeds and baking soda in a food processor. Pulse it up.
- Add and pulse in the eggs, oil, honey and vinegar
- Pour batter into a the loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Cool, eat and enjoy with a bit of butter.
