    Doubled ingredients and added 1 tablespoons chia seeds. Used fresh cherries and 1/3 cup maraschino cherry juice, added extra 1/3 cup milk to make up difference. Gonna make it a serving for 4 for under 242 calories. This is for the Black Forest overnight oats on this site
