Love it as a quick easy breakfast for those late mornings. They freeze well and were very easy to cook. Needs a bit more seasoning (even with the flavoured sausage) but otherwise very good. Only the bottom on the tortilla gets a bit soggy when you microwave it but it keeps very well. Highly recommend
