- 1 cup spinach (chopped)
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1 sausage (large, chopped, mine is chorizo)
- 1 1/2 cups onion (cut, one medium or the half of a bigger one.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper (grounded)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 oil (teaspoonful of, one for a skillet and the other for grease your muffins cups)
