I used pork instead of beef and added bean sprouts. The vinegar was a bit strong. I added sugar to balance it and garlic chili paste. I would make this again. Serve with rice or lettuce cups.

Good, the only thing I would change is double the ginger and soy and leave the vegetable oil out. It was a little oily. I will make it again. 😁

I added a splash of mirin, as well as a tablespoon of chili-garlic sauce, and this was fantastic. Super quick and easy for the end of a busy day.

Pretty good! I added a little extra rice vinegar. Next time I will probably add more ginger and garlic
