Great idea, took care of some leftover vegetables and next time I’m using less salt but that’s only for the wife I loved it!

Good idea for a healthy snack. I also made a couple with spinach and goat cheese. It took my muffins around 40 minutes to bake though.

So amazing! 180C for 15 min was plenty!
Didn’t have coconut oil so I used softened butter to line the pan.
I put onion, leftover lamb, and cheese and it was amazing!

Easy to make. You can really add anything you like to the cups, I decided to have a pastry base with mine and they turned it great.
