- 1 scoop protein powder (choice, I tried a paleo blend, a vegan blend and a casein blend*)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice**)
- 2 Tbsp. oat flour (sub for coconut flour for paleo option)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. nut butter (choice, I used almond butter)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (can sub for another sticky sweetener)
- milk (Dairy free, choice, optional)
- chocolate chips (/nuts etc, optional)
