Yum! One of our new favorite go to (healthier) desserts! I changed the recipe to 1/2 c brown sugar on my second go around and couldn’t taste much of a difference, need to try it with coconut sugar on my next batch. Also, it was easier to mix everything together when I used 1.5 medium bananas and tasted just as good.
Link was broken the other day for baking instructions but I believe it was 325 degrees for 9 minutes.
