This was the first recipe I made with dates. I had a pound of honey dates and it came out wonderful. I put Macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts and cashews in it. Definitely better cold but we also sat it out on a snack table when friends were over so it warmed to room temperature which made it soft and creamy. We will enjoy this again!
