    This turned out well. I did have to get up at 3:30am to start cooking it so it’d be ready at breakfast time. It does need a little more seasoning, I also will add in more broccoli next time.

    It could use a little more seasoning and maybe some salsa on top after cooking to help it be less dry, but overall it was loved by all the veggie fans at the gathering
