- 1/2 banana (small, I’ve found starchier yellow bananas work better for this compared to brown so the banana taste isn't overpowering)

- 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (or full fat if you prefer!)
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (or quick/instant, not steel cut – for gluten free choose certified GF oats)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened, your choice)
