- 1/4 cup coconut flour (can sub for almond flour)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener (granulated, choice, I trialled both a stevia blend and coconut palm sugar*)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter (can sub for peanut butter if not paleo)
- 1 Tbsp. pure maple syrup (can sub for any sticky sweetener, depending on dietary compliance)
- 1 tsp. dairy-free milk (choice **)
- 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips (mix-ins of choice- I used dairy free, and crushed cashews)
