    Was okay because we had someone who didn’t like mayo but in my opinion, mayonnaise would have been better.
    While this slaw was healthy, and easy to prepare, my husband did not like the stark vinegar taste. Using Greek yogurt, like the recipe recommends not to use, may have added to this flavor. I didnt mind the flavor... but I may tweak a few things, if i decide to make it again!
