Adjustments:
1/2 c cold strong coffee
3/4 cup frozen almond milk
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 tbsp nut/seed butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
pinch cinnamon
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp (1serving) vanilla protein powder
Makes 1 serving.

No grounds, extra banana, protein powder, extra PB. Not super amazing, but fine.

Did not like the ground coffee in there, and it wasn’t as sweet or flavorful as I expected

Easy to make and just sweet enough for breakfast with 1/2 tsp of honey. Will make again.

Turned out okay, but the texture was crunchy. Recommend cutting back on the grounds and definitely use the honey.

I used cashew coconut milk and frozen 1/2 banana. Will need to add more bananas for more sweetness and creaminess. Will try with coffee ice cubes next time. Ambivalent about PB taste in my coffee. A good place to start but needs tweaking to get the full coffee experience
