Description

This recipe is healthy, yummy and you'll feel good about yourself by eating it. I first heard about it from a friend of mine who read it in a book.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa (heaping)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (or water)
  • 3 packets splenda (or Trivia)

    Directions

    1. Add every thing together in a mug and microwave for 1-11/2 minutes. On mine I'm done in a minute.
    2. Enjoy with peanut butter, greek yogurt, butter or cream cheese. Cream cheese is my favorite option. You could even add whipped cream to it.
