Description
This recipe is healthy, yummy and you'll feel good about yourself by eating it. I first heard about it from a friend of mine who read it in a book.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. almond meal
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flaxseed meal
- 1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. almond milk (or water)
- 3 packets splenda (or Trivia)

Directions
- Add every thing together in a mug and microwave for 1-11/2 minutes. On mine I'm done in a minute.
- Enjoy with peanut butter, greek yogurt, butter or cream cheese. Cream cheese is my favorite option. You could even add whipped cream to it.
