This recipe was just okay, though very creative. I would have preferred a less banana-y flavor, but I’m not sure what you’d substitute. The cookie dough chunks were very tasty, but they were so oily from the coconut oil that it was difficult to get the mini-chips to adhere to the dough and to make balls. I might try again by adding blueberries and maybe some cocoa to the “ice cream.”
