- 2 scoops protein powder (I used a vegan chocolate blend, but any type should work)
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 tsp. cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
- 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
- milk (I used almond milk but any type will work - the quantity will depend on how thick you want your smoothie)
- 2 dates (soft, optional if you want extra sweetness)
