Delicious! Great flavor with just the perfect amount of creaminess. Will be added to my regular rotation of dinners.

Great recipe! Easy but not a 30 minute meal considering you have to cut everything up first. But once it’s cut then it’s smooth sailing. I added sliced white onion to the mix and also some adobo cause i out the ish on everything! Lol
