- 3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly)

My picky eaters love it!!! They're ages 5 and 7 and it's so hard to get them to eat/enjoy anything I make. I didn't have quick oats , only rolled oats, so I put my rolled oats in a Vitamix and pulsed it a bit. I will definitely be making this again.

This is so so amazing! The cake turned out great. Also a good low calorie option if you are craving cake. I halved the ingredients for a smaller cake
