- 1/16 tsp. stevia (uncut, OR 2 additional tbsp sugar)
- shredded coconut (optional, or chopped walnuts)

Really yummy and fluffy cake. I added nutmeg and a bit of ginger for a little bit of flavor and it tasted amazing.

It was pretty good even tho I didn't put it in the fridge before I cooked it and it still turned out yummy .It was very easy to make.I did add a bit of pumpkin spice and nutmeg also. I would make this cake again.
